- Free US shipping on orders of $79.99 or more. It's applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
- Made to order. Every piece is printed on demand just for you. Production usually takes 2-7 business days.
- US delivery usually takes 3-8 business days after your order ships.
- International delivery is available to many countries, including Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. It usually takes 6-20 business days after shipping, depending on the country. International shipping is calculated at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- Shipping cost for US orders under $79.99 is calculated at checkout based on your items.
- You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- If you order more than one item, they may be printed in different places and arrive in separate packages.
Returns & exchanges
Because each piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. See our Size Guide for tips.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.
Lost packages
If your tracking stops moving or your package never arrives, contact us and we'll work with our print partner and the carrier to send a replacement or refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the new shipping cost is covered.
Cancellations
Production starts quickly, so we can only cancel an order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
